21+ AGE REQUIREMENT
Scovilles is a 21+ establishment. All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid form of identification to enter and to be served alcohol.
Valid forms of ID are defined by the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services.

FOOD
Scovilles specializes in high-quality wings, bold custom sauces, sliders, fries, and elevated bar food.
SPICE LEVELS
We can make wings as hot as you want. This includes adding super-hot peppers or taking on the Moab Challenge. Heat levels are serious, so order accordingly.
VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
We offer both vegan and vegetarian options. Please let your server know about any dietary needs.
ALCOHOL SELECTION
We offer a full bar with a strong focus on local and seasonal options. Our selection includes 10 draft beers, around 40 canned and bottled beers that are mostly local, and roughly 40 different liquors that make up our rotating seasonal cocktail menu.
SEATING
We have seating for approximately 75 guests inside, including 20 seats at the bar. When weather permits, our patio offers seating for an additional 30 guests.
HOURS
We are open daily from 10am to 1am.
Last call for food and alcohol is at 12:45am.
TAKEOUT, DELIVERY, AND CATERING
We offer takeout, delivery, and catering. All options can be ordered through our website or by phone. Pickup orders have no added fees or markups.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are taken by phone only. Parties of 6 or more require a $5 per person refundable deposit. The deposit is applied to your check when you arrive.
SPORTS
We have 8 large 65-inch TVs, all visible from every seat in the room. We show and support all local teams and most major professional sports.
